Five editorial outlets on one shared platform

Each outlet has its own custom theme, but they all share a set of modules we built: programmatic ad insertion, Telegram authentication and common editorial components. On top of that base, each title adds its own touch: the fashion magazine includes text-to-speech playback of articles with progress that advances as you click through the text; the parenting portal adds eight custom content types and nine interactive calculators (ovulation, pregnancy, weaning, vaccination, child development); the pattern store runs as a full application on Drupal, with faceted search, cart, user accounts, a forum, community project photos and an AI-powered pattern search chat that finds the right pattern from a description.

All five publish daily on the same technical foundation, with WebP image conversion across the whole catalog. This isn't a one-off project: we host part of the infrastructure on our own servers and maintain all five outlets on an ongoing basis. The pattern store was recently relaunched with expanded functionality and has a new phase in development.
